Organizational Culture and Well-Being

Efforts around organizational culture and well-being at the USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work are led by Ann Marie Yamada, PhD, associate dean of organizational culture and well-being, and associate professor.

The associate dean for organizational culture and well-being is responsible for broad oversight of issues and strategic planning for initiatives and practice that embody the values and mission of the school, and promote connection for all faculty, staff and students.
