The path toward hope, healing and wellness for survivors of trauma begins at the Trauma Recovery Center at USC.


TRC@USC

TRC@USC provides free, safe and culturally sensitive mental health and supportive services to those who have been affected by crime, violence or trauma. This can include child abuse and neglect, sexual assault, battery, community violence, grief and loss, human trafficking or any crime-related trauma.

Services are available in-person and virtually. We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PT).

Social Work Opens First Trauma Recovery Center at USC

TRC@USC is an important tool in the effort to provide California crime victims with free mental health services and support, funded by the California Victims Crime Bureau (CalVCB).

To offer a safe and supportive array of services to promote emotional health and wellness for those in our community who have been harmed by violence and trauma. Through effective evidence-based mental health treatments, supportive care, education and compassion, we strive to help heal the scars from violence and trauma for survivors to live long, healthy and productive lives.
