The Military and Veteran Programs at the USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work are leading transformative national and global awareness and partnerships to improve the lives of service members, veterans, and their families.
NATO Research
Through the Military and Veteran Programs’ Center for Innovation and Research on Veterans and Military Families (CIR), the school’s faculty conducts extensive research in partnership with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Research projects include:
- Mental Health Training (completed 2014)
- Military Suicides (completed 2016)
- Transition from the Military to Civilian Life (on-going)
- Sexual Violence in the Military (on-going)
- Leader Development for NATO Multinational Military Operations (on-going)

International Military Social Work
