Staff Therapist

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of individual clients (20-27 clients depending upon hours)
Run groups including, but not limited to, DBT, process, CBT, CPT
Attend weekly team meeting
Assist with marketing and expanding TLA Therapy
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
This position requires availability for up to 35 hours per week including evenings until 8pm 2x per week. The ideal candidate is ready to commit to long term employment, joining an active and engaged team. The ideal candidate is an active team player, with the ability to work alongside teammates to promote and expand TLA Therapy, participate in program innovation and evaluation, and learn more about DBT, CBT, CPT, EMDR and other evidence-based therapy treatments used at TLA.

Qualifications:

- Minimum requirement: LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Psychology license – or license eligible such as ASW or MFTI (Masters level only).

--Must have foundational Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) training or other evidenced based practice.

--Must have 2-3 years of experience working with Adolescents.

- Ideal candidates have training and experience using DBT, CBT, CPT, EMDR or other evidence-based treatments with adolescents.

--Ideal candidate can provide treatment in Spanish.

- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and willingness to learn and use electronic record keeping system for client charting.
