Bilingual in English, Chinese/Cantonese. Prefer to have at least 1 year experience working with the frail and elderly population, or show interests in learning about PACE.

Seen Health San Gabriel Valley PACE is seeking a dedicated Social Work volunteer from USC to support our Social Work program development and operations. This role offers hands-on experience in case management, community resource coordination, and outreach efforts to enhance services for older adults. Volunteers will gain valuable learning opportunities in psychosocial assessments, care planning, and providing emotional support to participants.
