Primary Therapist

- Provide individual, family, and group sessions and complete all necessary documentation in EMR.
- Provide skill coaching as needed.
- Ensure that documentation reflects all changes in client’s condition and notify clinical staff of any noteworthy observations.
- Work alongside the clinical treatment team to ensure proper and efficient clinical care to our clients.
- Must attend all training, education, and staff enrichment activities
- Participate in weekly treatment team and communicates weekly treatment goals with all team members.
- Complete all documentation, including, but not limited to, safety and outcomes assessments, BPS narratives, and treatment plans on time.
- Advocate on behalf of clients and support client, family members and other providers in navigating available resources.

Current registration or license with Board of Behavioral Science: LCSW, ACSW.
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, or related field.
Ability to provide health and TB clearance
Familiarity with Health care laws, Ethics, and regulations, including HIPAA. Knowledge of current legal standards pertaining to professional practice, reporting requirements, and professional boundaries.
Knowledge of the DSM-5 and symptoms of psychosis
Experience using evidence-based treatment modalities, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, ACT, & RSST
Previous mental health experience in treatment setting.
