ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES A. Oversee, manage, and assist Lead MSW, CSWA, QMHA Peer Supports and interns with 12-week group therapy program B. Oversee crisis situations and ensure appropriate documentation in EMR C. Oversee all MSW, CSWA, Therapist, and Case Managers D. Conduct individual and group therapy sessions as needed to support operations of the department E. Oversee and manage client intake process F. Participate in the development and implementation of department policies and procedures G. Ensure all Assessments and Behavior treatment plans are completed timely within the organization’s timeline for all clients H. Maintain current Assessments and Behavior Treatment Plans for all clients under the organization I. Ensure that all client notes are signed off within the EMR daily, if there is a delay, ensure to report that to the President and Operations J. Participate in all client and group home staffing’s K. Maintain case management assignments consistently and provide to operations for Master Client log L. Conduct bi-weekly clinical trainings for department to maintain clinical oversight for compliance M. Coordinate with operations on but not limited to: ● Transportation issues ● Scheduling/staffing issues ● New Staff training ● Interviews N. Ensure that all clients have a diagnosis within Reveille to ensure operations can bill O. Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients P. Oversee zoom individual and group therapy sessions Q. Conduct monthly observations of group therapy with BHT/BHPP/CM team R. Ensure that all staff of clinical services are consistently outreaching to lists provided by management S. Maintain all client files within EMR only to ensure compliant for the operations department T. Required to participate in monthly outreaches as assigned, some of which may require overnight stay if in remote areas. U. CSWA, LCSW, LPC License in Oregon Preferred
