Advocates Circle Has Changed
You and others like you, are the superheroes of the USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work and its Department of Nursing. From scholarships that support our students in need, to research projects evolving from fledgling thoughts into transformative community impact, it is all possible because of your generous support.
Every gift to our school matters to our students, faculty, and staff regardless of the amount and it is important we recognize ALL of our donors at ALL levels of giving. We have recently restructured the Advocates Circle to reflect our appreciation of your continued support.
The Advocates Circle will focus on loyalty, and membership leveling will be based on consecutive years of giving to the USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work. This will allow us to better acknowledge all our loyal supporters. The names of the levels will remain the same, but with terms that are focused on donor loyalty:
- FRIEND: 2 years of giving
- PATRON: 3-4 years of giving
- COLLABORATOR: 5-9 years of giving
- BENEFACTOR: 10+ years of giving
- VISIONARY: 20+ years of giving
Membership in the Advocates Circle is automatic once a donor reaches their second consecutive year of making a gift to the school. Each level will garner personalized communications, exclusive event invitations, and other courtesies that will increase with each level.
The Gavilán Society will also transition to our planned giving society. In addition to a donor’s Advocate Circle loyalty level, this membership will recognize donors who have included the USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work in their estate plans.
Your continued support of our school and the social work and nursing professions are what make you our everyday superheroes, thank you for being the reason we continue to Fight Onward!
If you have any questions about the refreshed Advocates Circle, Gavilán Society or ways to give, please reach out to Amanda Decker at firstname.lastname@example.org. It is always a pleasure to speak with our loyal donors.
