OPEN TO ALL SOCIAL WORK AND NURSING STUDENTS
Join us for the annual campus-wide USC Interprofessional Education Day where you will learn from, with and about the roles of other health professionals, alongside students from dentistry, medicine, nursing, nutrition, occupational therapy, pharmacy, physical therapy, social work and speech-language pathology.
Work collaboratively within an interprofessional team on a hypothetical client who comes into a primary care setting - assessing the social determinants of health of an unhoused client residing in Los Angeles, CA. Groups are facilitated by a faculty member from one of the participating health sciences schools.
