The 2016 Paul Chikahisa Memorial Lecture will feature a talk by Debra Boudreaux, executive vice president of the Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation, on “Maintaining Peace After Natural Disasters.” 

Boudreaux has more than 25 years of experience working on projects within Tzu Chi’s four missions: charity, medical care, education and humanitarian efforts. She leads Tzu Chi volunteer teams on international relief missions and helps manage the bone marrow registry, environmental protection and community volunteer programs. 

The event is free and open to everyone. Doors will open at 4 p.m.
