Grassroots & Global: Partnering to Create Change One Life at a Time

The Department of Community, Organization, and Business Innovation invites you to a special luncheon featuring Janice Kamenir-Reznik, co-founder of Jewish World Watch, and Amani Matabaro Tom, founder of Abfek. They will tell the story of how their two organizations are working together in the Congo, which has been called the most dangerous place on earth to be a woman. Their programs help to rebuild broken bodies and lives, and to transition people from self-identifying as victims to seeing themselves as agents of change to build a better future.
Lunch will be provided.
Space is limited. Free insulated tote for first 50 guests!
