International Student Considerations

Do I qualify for your MSW program?
International applicants must determine if they are eligible to apply by checking their Country Requirements:

Can I waive the TOEFL or IELTS exam?
International students whose native language is not English or students who have completed undergraduate coursework in a country other than the United States are required to submit scores for an English Language Proficiency Exam (TOEFL or IELTS).

Can I waive the ISE exam?
No. All international students must take this exam.

Can I send unofficial transcripts?
No. USC will not consider unofficial transcripts. For information on the type of transcripts we accept, explore the Country’s Requirements.
