Project Summary
Following the end of the CSH grant funded pilot in 2020, the Southern California Consortium of MSW Programs formed The Homelessness Social Work Education Committee.
Over the past 4 years, this voluntary committee has included representatives from Azusa Pacific University (APU); University of California Los Angeles (UCLA); University of Southern California (USC), and several California State Universities including Northridge (CSUN), Dominguez Hills (CSUDH), and Long Beach (CSULB). In this cohort program, model students receive enhanced MSW field educational learning through targeted homeless provider placements and specialized training.
