What You’ll Do:
Virtual Client Support: Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide excellent customer service, assist with scheduling, and handle payments professionally.
Administrative Excellence: Ensure accurate documentation, manage intake via calls and electronic client records, track payments, and assist with insurance claims processing if necessary.
Tech & Operations: Use an electronic health record system, Google Workspace, Dropbox, and other tools to streamline clinic operations.
Organizational Support: Manage therapist schedules, coordinate virtual team meetings, process consent forms, and support day-to-day clinic functions remotely.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately, including follow-ups on payments, securing payment information, and uploading secure documents. Manage booking software, including schedules and treatments offered.

What We’re Looking For:
Excellent Communicator: You provide professional and compassionate client support via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Highly Organized: You anticipate needs, keep track of multiple tasks, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with scheduling software, Google Workspace, and cloud-based tools.
Problem Solver: You think ahead, handle challenges proactively, and bring creative solutions.
Experience Matters: 2-3 years in a virtual administrative, customer service, or healthcare-related role. Psychology students or graduates are welcome!

Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in a mental health or medical office setting.
Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance & insurance billing processes.
