Therapist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
3-5 minute documentation
Completion of biopsychosocial assessment, diagnosis, mental status exam, treatment plan, and intake progress note for intake sessions
Completion of progress notes for follow up sessions
Follow mandated reporting requirements
Safety planning
Ongoing consultation with clinical supervisor and treatment team
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
Engage in appropriate written and verbal communication with clients, referral sources and other professionals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to write progress notes efficiently, concisely, and in a timely manner.
Ability to manage time effectively.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Proficient in basic computer skills.
Able to maintain clear boundaries with clients and staff.
Spanish speaking is a plus, not required

Successful completion of master’s or doctorate degree in social work, Clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, professional counseling, or related degree from an accredited school.

The candidate must be Pre-Licensed (AMFT, ACSW or APCC) with Existing CA Associate Registered Licensing number and in good-standing with the BBS of CA.
