Job Description

Work under the direct supervision of Program Manager.
Work closely with program staff, Program Manager, Clinical Supervisor, and Directors to implement PFF contract requirements.
Provide overall leadership to Partnerships for Families (PFF) program staff.
The PFF Program Supervisor will directly oversee the Data Management Specialist, Respite Workers, Case Navigator and the South El Monte Family Center Program Assistant.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Program Manager, by coordinating meetings, capacity building events, family activities/workshops, projects, and data.
Oversee Quality Assurance, coordinate quarterly meetings, quarterly TR, reports, program training for Subcontractors.
Audits charts to ensure compliance with contract, state, and federal documentation requirements (i.e. check for all required forms, signatures and any other elements needed to complete files) and provide updates to Program Manager on a regular basis.

Qualifications

These specifications are general guidelines based on the minimum experience normally considered essential to the satisfactory performance of this job. Individual abilities may result in some deviation from these guidelines.To perform effectively in this position, the incumbent must have:

Have a minimum bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, or related field.
May require evidence of supervision by a licensed clinician if applicable.
Possess administrative skills sufficient to oversee the overall operation of the program in Managers’ absence, including the supervision of staff and the monitoring of subcontracted program services.
Possess skills in organizing, planning, and prioritizing, and ability to facilitate meetings.
Possess good judgment and able to work independently and as a team.
