The Manager, Healthcare Services and Professional Training's main role is to cultivate relationships and strengthen partnerships with healthcare partners, conduct outreach to healthcare organizations, coordinate and deliver training programs to professionals, and collaborate with the team to ensure that grant deliverables are met.
This is a hybrid position requiring some in-person work in our offices or in the community in/around Los Angeles County. Occasional weekend and evening work may be required.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute outreach initiatives, ensuring the organization’s presence in the broader healthcare community, creating connections, collaborations, and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare partners to foster ongoing cooperation and support.
Showcase strong public speaking skills in training sessions and networking events to promote Alzheimer’s Los Angeles services and training programs. Design, develop, coordinate, and deliver high-quality training programs and presentations tailored to healthcare professionals.Evaluate training programs’ effectiveness, gather feedback, and make improvements, as needed, to maintain impact and ensure trainings are meeting the needs of participants.
Collect, analyze, and generate reports on services provided and professional training program outcomes. Utilize data-driven insights to enhance program effectiveness, meet grant deliverables and make informed recommendations to improve programs provided.Continue to seek out and attend additional educational opportunities to ensure an understanding of best practices in aging services and Alzheimer’s disease as to better understand the target audience and tailor training content.Attend meetings, as needed, for various departments to ensure the continuity of information and outreach efforts.
Collaborate with marketing team to develop materials to support outreach efforts and promote professional training opportunities.
Oversee replication and dissemination of Alzheimer’s Los Angeles materials and programs.
Assist in developing, maintaining, and disseminating a Healthcare/Professional Training Department newsletter and the community education calendar to healthcare professionals.
Master’s degree in a relevant field such as healthcare administration, gerontology, social work, public health, education, related field or equivalent experience
At least 3-5 years of proven experience in healthcare services and professional training, including outreach, marketing, relationship building with healthcare organizations and delivery of trainings
Proficiency in MS Office Programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and ShareDrive for efficient communication and developing reports
Experience in public speaking, outreach, marketing, and professional networking
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse groups
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Alzheimer’s/dementia, caregiving, and/or aging community
Experience working in a non-profit setting
