Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Psychologist

ZipHealthy PLLC seeks a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Psychologist to join our team on a part-time, W-2 employee basis. This role is 100% telehealth (remote), serving clients located in Arkansas.

As a clinician with ZipHealthy, you will:

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platform.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA, state, and payer requirements.
• Participate in clinical review and peer consultation.

• Active and unrestricted Arkansas license as an LCSW or Licensed Psychologist (eligible for Arkansas licensure).
• Master’s degree (for LCSW) or doctoral degree (for psychologist).
• Minimum 5 years post-licensure experience preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, couples therapy).
• Strong professional presence and commitment to high clinical standards.
• Must have no reportable adverse actions or sanctions in the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) or other federal/state disciplinary databases.
• Commitment to ethical, NASW- or APA-compliant practice.
