Integrated Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) - Transforming Mental Health Initiative
Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego
3951 W. Stetson Avenue, Suite A
Hemet, CA 92545
United States
Rady Children's is looking to welcome an Integrated Health Therapist (IHT) to their Mental Health Hub in Hemet, CA. As part of our Transforming Mental Health Initiative, the IHT is a licensed provider (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) that bridges the gap between mental health needs and access to care. The IHT works closely with pediatric primary care physicians to identify mental health needs early and implement an evidence-based, whole-child care plan. This innovative role allows therapists to meet patients and families briefly on the same day as their pediatrician appointment, and then provide short-term, ongoing therapy in the same office for seamless integration of behavioral and medical care.
As an IHT, you will:
- Join a collaborative and supportive team that is dedicated to improving pediatric health in Hemet and Riverside County.
- Fill the unmet behavioral and mental health needs of children and adolescents in Hemet.
- Provide patient- and family-centered, culturally competent care.
- Increase the impact of interventions and treatment plans, improving patient health outcomes overall.
- Have ongoing support from your multidisciplinary team and leadership, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
We are seeking a current or soon-to-be-licensed LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC that is looking to make an impact in the communities they serve. Pediatric experience is required for success in this role.
