Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician

Provides Clinical Social Work Services including psychosocial assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families.
Supervises and trains interns and unlicensed staff.
Maintain quality assurance of the program
Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the overall health and well-being of the patient
Conduct intake and assessment of patients available resources and needs
Formulate assessments and direct treatment accordingly
Develop an individual-based and/or group-based treatment plan, including medical, psychological, financial, and other life issues
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Participation in Via Care Community Health Center's Continuing Quality Improvement (QI) program.
Contributes to program planning, evaluation, report preparation, and development of articles.
Performs other tasks as required or as assigned.
Maintain a positive working relationship with staff.
Other duties as designated by the Medical Director or Executive Director
Must be fluently bilingual in English and Spanish

MSW from graduate school for Social Work
Licensed in the State of California by the Board of Behavioral Science Examiners
Demonstrated expertise/skills in working with the target population
Two (2) years of experience in a Child/Family setting (including internships)
Must be able to travel to off-site and satellite locations
Must have insured personal vehicle
Handles emergency or crisis situations
Mandatory annual TB, Influenza, and Covid vaccine
Salary $80,000 to $100,000 dependent upon experience
