Additionally, they will offer individual therapy to transitional-age youth using trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care models.

Further responsibilities include developing and managing community partnerships to ensure youth have access to comprehensive behavioral health, medical, and parenting resources. The Clinical Supervisor will also be responsible for reporting on program performance both verbally and in writing, and may represent SPY at local and national levels. Timely completion and submission of all documentation, forms, and statistical reports is essential. The role also involves participating in SPY’s leadership team rotation to facilitate pre-brief and debrief meetings and support the opening and closing of the drop-in center. Finally, the supervisor will conduct staff trainings and presentations as needed, along with additional ad-hoc duties to support departmental and agency-wide needs.
