Care Navigator

The Basic Needs Care Navigator at tbh is a part-time (~5-10 hours/week), fully remote position responsible for providing comprehensive virtual case management and support services to college students. The Care Navigator will work with students across various higher education institutions to assess their basic needs, develop and implement comprehensive support plans for each individual, coordinate with internal and external resources and stakeholders, and provide ongoing follow-up support to students.

- A Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
- 1+ years of professional experience in college student services, student affairs, social services, social work, counseling, or case management roles or relevant lived experiences.
