Associate or Licensed Psychotherapist, virtual to start

We are seeking pre-licensed and licensed therapists who value psychoanalytic and and high-quality clinical work.
This is a W-2 employee role, with strong referral flow, flexible scheduling, and meaningful support.
Ideal candidates are reflective, grounded, and committed to ongoing development—whether they are building their skills as associates or deepening their practice as licensed clinicians.

* Active ASW registration in California
* Interest in depth-oriented or trauma-informed care
* Desire for mentorship, supervision, and steady clinical development
For Licensed Clinicians:
* Active LCSW license in California
* Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
* Interest in psychoanalytic, relational, trauma-informed, or depth
