Are you interested in learning the ins and out of busy group private practice? We are looking for part-time primarily virtual assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and the practice as a whole. Tasks include: Organize calendar, to do lists and follow up on communication for the CEO; record and create minutes and task lists for executive partners; Manage and coordinate ongoing networking meetings/sources; follow up with potential clients, insurance and vendors as needed; assist in creating a practice manual for administration; create and review reports using our EHR; assist with billing tasks and other admin duties as needed. We will work with your schedule and around internships.
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social worker, or related field.
Interested in client care and enrollment in a Master level program for social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Experience as an quality assurance specialist in a mental health entity strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Demonstrate interpersonal skills and proficiency in business vocabulary to effectively represent the executive and the company to outside parties.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
Knowledge of business office procedures.
Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system.
Ability to receive feedback and coaching with the plan to adapt and apply newly learned techniques.
Skilled in answering a telephone in a pleasant and helpful manner.
Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
· Must be highly motivated and a self-starter.
· Must have excellent administrative and organizational skills.
