USC CIR has the privilege of hosting a colloquium featuring Medal of Honor recipient Staff Sgt. Ty Michael Carter, who received the nation's highest award while deployed in Operation Enduring Freedom. Carter will discuss the stress of war and the importance of assisting and supporting soldiers.
