The Greyhound Diaries: A Visions and Voices Event
A Performance by Doug Levitt

The Greyhound Diaries is a live musical and multimedia performance by singer/songwriter Doug levitt, who has traveled over 10 years and 100,000 Greyhound miles rendering the stories of fellow travelers in song, word and image. Inspired by Depression-era Works Progress Administration (WPA) projects, Levitt's performance sheds light on struggle and disparity, but also resolve and renewal. Levitt has performed the work in a wide range of venues, including The Kennedy Center, Walter Reed Army Hospital, homeless shelters, halfway houses, universities and national media outlets. The Greyhound Diaries is the evocative and moving reflection of a resplendent journey by way of bus.
