Dr. Brown is the Director of Communities of Practice for the National Center for Medical Education, Development and Research and is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at Meharry Medical College.

Learning Objectives include:

  • Understanding the SMI Model as a strategy for simple messaging that inspires action. 
  • Discussing best practices with storytelling. 
  • Identify ways that storytelling can be used to engage Communities of Practice and Academic Units.
