Seminar: Measuring Economic Impact of Behavioral Health Services

The USC School of Social Work's PhD Program and Management, Organizations and Policy Transformation Research Cluster invites you to attend a talk by Xiaoyan Zhang on "Measuring Economic Impact of Behavioral Health Services."
Zhang’s research focuses on applying big data technology to data-driven decision support systems for decision makers in government and nonprofit sectors. Before merging his company into Mosaix Software in 2014, he served as CEO of KIT Solutions, a cloud-based grantee performance management service empowering government and social service organizations to effectively manage social investment and measure accountability, performance and outcomes. He has more than 25 years of experience in conducting evaluation research for numerous social service programs funded by federal, state and local governments and has accumulated extensive expertise in combining social science research principles and practice with the state-of-the-art information technology. Zhang received his PhD in Sociology from the University of Pittsburgh and was the recipient of National Prevention Network 2007 Award of Excellence.
