COURSE OBJECTIVES:
1. Enhance clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills by taking into account legal and ethical considerations.
2. Explore and gain understanding of social worker roles and responsibilities in diverse practice settings.
3. Identify signs of stress and burnout and explore self-care strategies.
Course meets the qualifications for 1.0 hours of continuing education credit for LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCCs of LEPs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
