Are you pursuing licensure in California? If you are a Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) with the California Board of Behavioral Services (BBS), your next step toward becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is to take the Law and Ethics Exam.
As a special benefit to our alumni, the USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work Department of Adult Mental Health and Wellness will offer a FREE one-day workshop on Saturday, June 16 at the University Park Campus to help ASWs review and prepare for the California Law and Ethics exam. The event will also be livestreamed/webcast.
Former USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work lecturer and Law and Ethics expert, Marci W. Siegel, MSW, LCSW, ACSW, will facilitate this 7-hour workshop. She provides trainings nationwide for thousands of clinicians and administrators in the areas of law and ethics, supervision, treatment and interventions, psychopathology, the DSM, organizational analysis and risk management.
Complimentary admission includes breakfast, lunch and snacks. Parking is available for $12 in the USC Parking Royal Street Parking Structure (formerly named Structure D at Gate 4), located off West Jefferson Boulevard and Royal Street.
