Kim Madsen, Executive Officer of the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS), will present an overview of the licensing process, including registering as an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW), accruing hours for licensure, and taking the exams. LCSWs will also provide their advice for successfully navigating the licensure process, including addressing common issues licensees face, sharing strategies on taking the exams and forming a strong supervisory relationship as you accrue your hours for licensure.
