Characteristics of Japanese Expatriate

This brown bag discussion will provide insight into current practices in meeting the needs of expatriate stress, drawing upon the presenters' expertise in providing services to Japanese professionals stationed abroad, specifically in the United States. Dialogue and comparisons on psychiatric treatment, mental health practices, counseling and Employee Assistance Programs in Japan and the United States will be explored.
