Join nationally renowned expert, Dr. Bryant Marks, for an engaging presentation that will describe the causes, consequences, and measurement of implicit bias as well as potential solutions for minimizing its impact on your practice from an individual and institutional perspective.

Dr. Marks is Associate Professor of Psychology at Morehouse College and the Founding Director of the National Training Institute on Race & Equity. During the Obama administration, he served as Presidential Advisor for the White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for African Americans and was the official implicit bias trainer for a series of White House gatherings with law enforcement command staff. Locally, he trained the entire Los Angeles Police Department (approximately 10,000 officers) and is the lead trainer for the Department of Children and Family Services and county employees.
