Blending research with practical strategies, this series will explore what it means to bring mindfulness, resilience, and self-care into work, life, school, organizations, and relationships. Participants will practice meditation together and learn practical strategies across disciplines. All are welcome. In the Defining and Building Resilience session, participants will explore research-based strategies to build resilience in the face of challenges. This session will include a discussion of self-care and collective care in the context of resilience.
