Integrated Care and Housing for Homeless Persons in Los Angeles
<p>Featuring leaders and experts from public, private and academic institutions, this forum strives to increase awareness of homelessness issues.</p>
The goals of this gathering are to increase understanding of integrated care for homeless persons residing in both temporary and permanent housing in Los Angeles, and to identify key challenges and strategies for advancing and sustaining integrated care. The day will feature presentations and discussion on social service agencies, the science of integrated care and building partnerships for sustainable care.
Keynote speech will be given by Councilwoman Jan Perry, Ninth Council District, City of Los Angeles.
Breakfast and lunch will be included.
