Find out what interview questions employers might ask and how to answer them, as well as discover strategies to best prepare you before, during and after the interview (including job offer negotiations).
The primary ingredients of getting hired are communicating how you meet the prospective employer’s job requirements and demonstrating how your personality fits in its organization. The job interview is where job seekers get a chance to effectively deliver both of these messages. But because interviews are also two way streets, they give you an opportunity to evaluate whether or not the prospective job and organization fits your needs and requirements as well.
