Addressing the Housing Crisis: Strategies for Building Communities of Opportunity

Tony Salazzar is president of McCromack Baron Salazar, a national real estate development firm specializing in building and managing affordable/mixed-income housing in distressed communities. His lecture will focus on today's housing crisis, strategies for solving the problem, how affordable housing gets developed and financed, how to address the lack of infrastructure in the surrounding community, and how to partner with community groups and work with residents to increase human capital.
