School Social Work Student Interest Group

The School Social Work Student Interest Group strives to create extended learning experiences for future school social workers and advocate for the practice of social work in the school setting.

We work collaboratively with MSW students, schools, and community members to overcome systemic barriers that hinder learning for children and adolescents in the school system.

Our group brings together those who are interested in practicing in the school setting to educate one another on the unique practices and roles of being a school social worker.
