G.R.O.W.I.N.G. Mentorship Program
The G.R.O.W.I.N.G. (Guidance, Relationships, Occupational Wisdom, Intentional, Nurturing Group) Mentorship Program is a semester-long experience consisting of three virtual group mentoring sessions.

Have you ever wanted to connect with a professor or alum on a deeper level? Curious about their journey, experiences outside the classroom, and what led them to their career? Are you curious about where graduates of our programs are today? Are you seeking career insights, mentorship, and an opportunity to build meaningful relationships in a relaxed setting? If so, we invite you to join our new mentorship program.
What is G.R.O.W.I.N.G. Mentorship?
The G.R.O.W.I.N.G. Mentorship Program builds on the success of our Micro-Mentorship Program, where students and faculty shared overwhelmingly positive experiences and asked for more opportunities to connect. Students will participate in three 75-minute small-group mentoring sessions (groups of no more than 10 students) and may select their mentor group on a first-come, first-served basis. These relaxed, supportive conversations provide space to discuss academic experiences, career goals, interests, and challenges without the pressure of grading or evaluation.

Prior to the first session, all students are invited to sign up for any faculty member or alumni group they would like, as long as there are spots remaining.
By signing up, mentees are committing to participate in all three sessions.
