MFT Trainee

•Conducting a needs assessment in the surrounding communities for needs and resources.
•Evaluating programs and resources to potentially expand their current program to those communities.
•Collaborating with the program director to develop a proposal for program expansion to present to the County.
•Assisting with facilitating communication to our programs.
•Monitoring and ensure programs are in compliance with processes and procedures.
•Conducting needs assessment for our programs, specifically our OC programs.
•Evaluating the trainings that would be needed to help support the staff and our programs.
•Developing training sessions with opportunity to conduct trainings, as appropriate.
•Analyzing trends and practices to support and improve program development and progress.
