Room Request - City Center

Use this page to request a room reservation for City Center rooms in the Tower building 11th, 14th  and 15th floors.

All meetings are to be scheduled between normal business hours 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Prior approval is required for meetings scheduled after normal business hours. You will be responsible for charges incurred for after-hours electricity, heating, ventilating and air conditioning.

This is a request ONLY. Submitting this request does not confirm the reservation or confirm the availability. You will receive email from the Social Work facilities staff that will give you the status of your request.

It is important that you accurately fill in the requested information below so that you can be contacted regarding the room reservation request.
