IT Support Request

Use this page to request IT/Technical Support from the USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work IT staff.

A large number of computer problems are solved by simply turning off the computer, waiting a minute or two, and then turning it back on. If you are having a technical problem you may want to try "power cycling" your computer before you submit a problem report.

AV Requests: Please use our Audio/Visual Request form for AV related needs including laptops, projectors and onsite video recording services.

Check all items that may apply to your problem.
Then give as much information as you can in the explanation area at the bottom of the form.
